About Me
Teaching Experience
I have experience conducting daily toolbox talks and safety training sessions before construction work commenced each morning for approximately one year. During these sessions, I communicated important information clearly and confidently to workers with different levels of understanding. This experience helped me develop strong communication skills, patience, leadership, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and supportive way. It also taught me how important encouragement, structure, and creating a comfortable learning environment are when helping others learn new information.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe in teaching with kindness, patience, and understanding. Creating a safe and supportive learning environment is very important to me because students learn best when they feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged. I aim to help learners build confidence in their English skills while making lessons engaging, positive, and adapted to their individual learning needs and pace.
Why I Want to Teach English
I love teaching because I believe learning new skills is one of the most valuable things a person can do. As people, we should continue learning and growing throughout our lives. I especially want to help students learn English because it can open many opportunities for them, including better education, career growth, travel opportunities, and communication with people around the world. Being able to support students on that journey would be very meaningful and rewarding to me.
